Cold Low Level Laser Therapy: Lymphatic Decongestive Therapy is just that: it decongests the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is a vital circulatory system with an extensive network of vessels throughout the body. This technology uses energy from electrically ionizing noble (rare) gases. The lymphatic system is the primary defense against bacteria, viruses and fungus. In men, the inguinal nodes in the creases of the groin are the primary channel for release of accumulated lymph from the prostate. In women, auxiliary nodes, located in the armpit, are the primary channel for releasing accumulated lymph from the breast. Cellulite is primarily blocked fluid. Blockages can occur from normal life stressors such as: * Illness * Tight fitting clothing * Lack of Exercise * Bumps and Bruises * Exposure to Heavy Metals * Pesticides * Herbicides * Food Allergies * Surgery * And of course STRESS An impaired lymphatic system often results in: Colds, Flu, Sinus Problems, Edema, Water Retention, Heart Disease, Fibrocystic & Tender Breast, Cellulite, Enlarged Prostrate, Cancer, and numerous other chronic or life threatening conditions. Who can not receive this Therapy? * Any person with a pace maker * Pregnant women * Person with history of epileptic seizures unless under MD supervision * Person with known thrombosis, therapy might dislodge a blood clot. What is far infrared sauna therapy and what does it do? The best example of far infrared rays is the sun (80% of the sun's rays are infrared). Far Infrared is the name given to the particular wavelength of light rays that warm objects without warming the air between the source and the object (known as conversion). Far Infrared is also known as radiant heat. Our atmosphere allows infrared rays in the 7 to 14 micron range to safely reach the earth's surface. When warmed, the earth radiates infrared rays with its peak output at 10 microns. The human body radiates infrared energy out through the skin at 3 to 50 microns, with most around 9.4 microns. How does an infrared sauna work? * Far infrared sauna therapy is said to duplicate the healthy frequencies of our own cells. The tissues are purported to selectively absorb these rays as the water in the cell reacts in a process called "resonant absorption". * This resonant absorption is said to occur when the frequency of the far infrared matches the frequency of the water in the cell. This causes toxins from the cells to be put out into the blood stream and excreted in sweat, feces, and urine. * Proponents of this therapy state that our tissues which are undergoing the healing process may need a boost of infrared to ensure the fullest healing response. * Far infrared is claimed to penetrate the body's tissues to a depth of 1.5 to 3 inches. * Due to the supposed deep penetration of infrared rays, a heating effect is observed deep in the muscular tissues and even into the internal organs. * This "deep heating," along with sweating, is thought to be responsible for the healing effects and the other health benefits associated with these infrared rays. Deep Penetrating far infrared heat melts subcutaneous fat at 40c - 104f, thus shaking lose the embedded toxins, acids and gases and allowing them to be directly expelled out of the body through heavy perspiration. In some cases this is the only way to eliminate certain heavy metals and toxins from the body. Sweating is a very effective detoxification aid. Analysis of sweat shows that skin eliminates enough waste to actually lighten the elimination load of the liver and kidneys. Unfortunately, most people don't sweat enough on a regular basis. since the skin is the largest organ of the body, it is important health aid, especially in today's heavily "chemicalized" world. Elevating body temperature stimulates the circulatory system, stimulates the immune system, enhances lymphatic circulation and increases white blood cell production and enzymes. Vigorous sweating accelerates metabolism with as much as 600 calories burned in 30 minutes. (Gluyton's Textbook of Medical Physiology) Accelerated metabolism assists in the breakdown of cellulite/fat. A sauna session is much like a workout session as it increases heart rate and improves cardiovascular function. Warming the muscles and joints quickens recovery time for soreness or injuries. Sweating reduces pain and promotes healing from physical injuries and arthritis because it increases the oxygen supply to the blood and accelerates waste removal. Saunas deeply cleanse and tone the skin, improving the complexion and elasticity. The deep internal warmth of far infrared heating induces muscle relaxation, reduces stress and promotes better sleep, all leading to an overall feeling of well-being. Sauna Benefits: The body develops a fever when ill to enhance metabolism and help kill germs. Hyperthermia, or fever therapy, helps combat infections and even cancer. Heating of the tissue also enhances metabolic processes. Greater cellular energy production facilitates healing. Because viruses, tumors and toxin-laden cells are weaker than normal cells, they tolerate heat very poorly. Raising the body temperature causes infections to heal more rapidly. Using the far infrared sauna * enhances circulation and oxygenates body tissue; * opens up nasal passages and assists sinuses to drain; * restores skin elimination of toxic chemicals and heavy metals; Other methods of inducing sweating, such as steam baths, sweat lodges, vigorous exercise and hot tubs, are more extreme and less effective. The Chi Machine blends the ancient arts with modern technology for a unique experience. Session $1.00 per minute
Session $1.00 per minute HotHouse Many people wake up daily with muscle inflammation and sorness from common activities. They also wonder if there is a way to reduce the effects of the pain before it becomes unbearable. The HotHouse, and exclusive HTE product, produces its unique effect through the heat of Far Infrared and with its distinctive arched design and silicon-coated surface. The unit enhances the effect of the thermal heat within the targeted area. * Increases blood flow by promoting expansion in the capillaries * Decreases muscle spasms and soreness * Reduces swelling and inflammation by improving lymphatic flow * Removes toxins |
